    Corinna Mullin

    Profile

    Corinna Mullin is Part-Time Faculty at the New School. Prior to teaching in New York, she spent five years living and working in Tunisia (2012–2017) as a Visiting Assistant Professor of International Political Economy/International Politics at the University of Tunis. Corinna received her PhD in 2008 from the London School of Economics, followed by an Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) postdoc and Lectureship in Comparative Politics of the Middle East at the School of Oriental and African Studies. She is also a Research Associate and the London Middle East Institute at SOAS. Corinna's manuscript in progress, Tunisia and imperial security architectures: Race, class, empire and the (re)making of a global south security state brings together theoretical and methodological insights from the fields of International Relations, International Political Economy, American Studies, Critical Race, Critical Law and Decolonial theory, to illuminate the nexuses between security, empire and racial capitalism.
