  • Our Saint Roch Campus

Parsons Paris is anchored in our campus in the heart of the City of Lights, on the Right Bank in the dynamic, historic first arrondissement. Most creative resources, classrooms, and administrative offices are located here at 45 rue Saint Roch or nearby.

From campus, students can easily walk to the Louvre, the Jardin du Palais Royal, or the legendary Comédie Française or stroll along the Seine to the Île de la Cité for a visit to Notre Dame. Campus is surrounded by cafés, pâtisseries, and restaurants and is close to bus and subway (Métro) stops.

Metropolitan Paris is composed of 20 arrondissements, or districts, and nearby suburbs. The arrondissements begin at the very center of the city and spread out in a spiral. For the first week of their stay, all students who request program housing will be provided with an unlimited Navigo pass for the Métro, commuter rail (RER zones 1 and 2), and bus systems. The Navigo is a rechargeable monthly pass for unlimited travel on Paris’ Métro, RER, buses, and tramways. Students under 26 are eligible for a yearly discounted pass called the Imagine-R. With its train stations and airports, Paris is a hub for European travel. Students can easily explore surrounding countries in their free time.

    Our Paris-Romainville Campus

In fall 2020, Parsons Paris opened its Paris-Romainville campus, offering spaces and classrooms located in a contemporary art and cultural hub in Greater Paris and available to students in selected programs. There young designers can develop their creative expression with specialized tools. The Paris-Romainville campus gives students more than 700 square meters of space in which to bring together fashion, design, art, media, and technology in innovative ways.

Making labs and facilities include digital fabrication and prototyping equipment such as 3D and laser cutters, printing facilities (book-binding equipment and large format printers), a wet room, a photography studio, and a fashion lab complete with cutting tables and dress forms. Classrooms enable students to work directly with faculty on cross-disciplinary projects and large-scale works.

The campus space is set among renowned French and European galleries, cultural presenters, and organizations, including the Fiminco Foundation’s international artist residencies and the Fonds Régional d’Art Contemporain—FRAC Île-de-France building. Students can exhibit work in spaces there, such as Parsons Paris Galerie D. and La Chaufferie.
