• Migration Studio: Lesvos, Greece

  • How do you conduct research in an ethical manner? As a part of the Migration Studio students in The New School's Studley Graduate Programs in International Affairs traveled to Lesvos, Greece to explore the physical, political, and social dimensions of migration along the Balkans route. Through their research ranging from mental health services provided to refugees to the behavior of security forces on the island, and through working with local lawyers and aid workers, students searched for deeper insight and actionable solutions to one of our most pressing issues.
