If you are an administrator in charge of stationery for your office, go to the MyNewSource portal through my.newschool.edu; then click on the Dupli order system buttons under "Print and Stationeries" to place your order. You will need a worktag and an approved signer for your account.

Affiliation Cards for Current Students

Degree-seeking undergraduate and graduate-level students currently enrolled at The New School and in good academic standing with no holds on their student accounts can purchase New School Student Affiliation Cards from Dupli.

All materials designed specifically for the recruitment of students must be developed in collaboration with Admission and M&C. Contact your Admission representative if you have recruitment ideas.

For emails to promote public events, please contact Public Programs. If you have other email needs, contact your project manager.

To request or update location or way-finding signage in campus buildings, place a work order in Netfacilities.

Do you know of a noteworthy event, student project, faculty award, alumni success story, or other happening at The New School? Please use this form to provide details, and M&C will consider including your story in university communications (social media, the New School News, websites, etc.).

The Communications and Media Relations team works closely with the university leadership to identify important initiatives to highlight in the media. Its staff are available as a resource for faculty and administrative staff who are contacted by the media or wish to interest reporters in their work. The office also serves the community during crises and coordinates emergency communications within the university and externally to local media.

Media requests must be coordinated through the Communications and Media Relations Office.

• If you would like to recommend a project or course for promotion to external media, please contact your supervisor or dean with details for consideration.
• If a member of the media contacts you, please inform your supervisor or dean as well as a member of the Communications and Media Relations office. The office will work directly with the staff member and journalist to assess the request and coordinate a response, interviews, and/or filming or photography on campus.

Individual items and small quantities of branded merchandise are available for purchase at The New Store. For large or custom orders, please complete the Merchandise Request Form or contact your project manager.

Because of the high visibility and impact of The New School's paid advertisements and marketing campaigns, all advertisements and campaigns for the university, colleges, degree programs, and continuing and non-degree education programs must be developed and/or approved by M&C.
