    In this intermediate-level four-course specialization, you discover the principles of design thinking and their application to business development and innovation. You learn to identify challenges and validate opportunities in order to drive commercial success through various design methodologies. You gain insight into business modeling and strategy development by examining the difference between being digital and going digital. Finally, you learn how to reposition your brand and value proposition in the market by using your brand as your most strategic asset.     In this three-course specialization, you learn what disruption is, how it affects leaders and organizations, and what practices you and your organization can apply to navigate disruption. Start by recognizing how disruption has changed over time and what drives it today. Then, identify ways to diagnose, defend against, and leverage disruption. Explore key traits of un-disruptable leaders, ways leaders can apply these traits to lead their organizations through disruption, and practices that can help you successfully navigate through disruption and/or become a disruptor yourself. Finally, examine the critical role vision plays in helping organizations survive and thrive through disruption.
