    LinkedIn Premium Upgrade Offer to Class of 2021
    To help facilitate career networking and job searches, the university is pleased to extend to the Classes of 2021 and 2020 a year-long subscription to LinkedIn Premium. The premium subscription provides access to 15,000 on-demand LinkedIn Learning courses, interview preparation tools, LinkedIn’s InMail service for connecting with hiring managers, advanced search functions, and increased visibility for profile views and networking opportunities. Request an upgrade code.

    LinkedIn Workshops
    LinkedIn will be hosting workshops on how to build a profile that tells your professional story. Attendees will learn how to create a profile that attracts attention, expand their network and connect with alumni, publish content on LinkedIn, acquire new skills with LinkedIn Learning, and more. Sign up for either the July 21 or the August 17, 2021, session.

    How to Use The Network
    Join the office of Alumni Engagement for a how-to session on July 13 to learn about the features of the New School Network platform, including one allowing you to find alumni mentors with common interests and career paths. RSVP now.

    Wix Workshop
    One of the many benefits enjoyed by New School alumni. New grads are invited to Wix workshops to learn how to create a business or portfolio website and receive a one-year free offer for a premium membership.     All alumni are invited to become members of the New School Network, a digital space that lets you find alumni in your area, offer and seek advice and mentorship, peruse MadeNEW Market alumni-owned shops, check out volunteer and job opportunities, and more. By joining the network, alumni can also become part of the newly launched alumni community groups, which include Asian Pacific Alumni, Black Alumni, LGBTQ+ Alumni, Alumni in San Francisco, Alumni in Korea, Alumni Writers, and many more groups.
